Homemade Kale Chips

Nibble on some of these easy to bake Superfood Chips to get your fix of Vitamin K for Kale (it also contains high levels of Calcium, Vitamin A, Folate - a B Vitamin and Vitamin C).

Here's some lovely Kale which is almost like a Cabbage, ready to be harvested in our veggie patch. To make Kale Chips, lay the leaves flat on a baking tray or food dehydrator, spray with Coconut Oil, sprinkle with sea salt and place in oven on low heat for several hours, depending on the heat.

They taste surprisingly delicious and are the ideal raw, vegan snack.
