These are the amazing red rocks that give Redcliffe its name. We had fun collecting our favorite ones on our picnic at Reef Point beach. The location on the edge of Deception Bay, overlooking The Glasshouse Mountains, makes it a perfect spot to watch sunset.
At low tide, you can easily walk out onto the reef and maybe spot some local dolphins playing. Here are some shells we collected out on the reef. Reef Point Cafe is a great laid back place for ice creams and coffee while you're there.
