Purple Smoothie


While we're into all things purple, let's salute the mighty mulberry with this superfood smoothie. For an easy and nutritious snack, blend a large handful of mulberries (or any berries really), a tablespoon of honey (optional sweetener), a teaspoon of Spirulina powder, 1 banana and 1 cup of almond/rice/cashew milk.


This makes the perfect spring drink and kids will love the color too.
